1. Sponsor and contact

Victory By Volume LLC (“Sponsor”), Chesapeake, Virginia, United States. Contact: victorybyvolume@gmail.com. This is an independent promotion and is not sponsored, administered, or endorsed by the U.S. Navy, U.S. Department of Defense, Shopify, Instagram, or Facebook.

2. Promotion period

Voting and optional giveaway entry begin on October 13, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and end on November 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (30 elapsed days). Sponsor's records determine timely receipt, and only votes submitted during the promotion period are eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals 18 years of age or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C. when they enter. Employees, owners, and contractors of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households may not win. Eligibility is subject to applicable laws.

4. How to participate

During the promotion period, visit the Rep Your Rate voting form on victorybyvolume.com, select one eligible Navy rating, and provide at least one appropriate design suggestion. A valid vote counts without an email address. To also enter the free belt buckle drawing, provide your valid email address voluntarily and agree to these Official Rules using the form. Email is optional to vote, but required for a chance to win. Limit one valid vote and one prize entry per person, regardless of email address, device, or browser. Additional or automated votes may be disqualified. No purchase, payment, donation, or marketing subscription is necessary; purchases do not change voting weight or odds.

5. Winning rate and ties

The eligible Navy rating with the most verified votes when voting closes will be chosen for the next buckle design. In the event of a tie for first place, Sponsor will select one of the tied ratings at random. Sponsor expects to announce the winning rating around November 13, 2026, following a review of the results. Naming the winning rate does not mean any individual has won a prize.

6. Prize, drawing, production and delivery

One eligible prize entrant who voted for the winning Navy rating will be selected randomly. The sole prize is 1 Victory By Volume belt buckle featuring that rate, with an ARV of $35.00 and free shipping to an eligible U.S. address. There is no cash alternative.

The buckle is designed and manufactured after voting closes. Design is expected to take approximately 2 weeks, followed by approximately 6–8 weeks of manufacturing. Consequently, the individual prize drawing is scheduled only after the finished buckle is ready to ship, approximately 8–10 weeks after voting closes, anticipated in January 2027. These are estimates, not guaranteed manufacturing dates. If production is delayed, the individual drawing will be delayed until the prize is ready, and Sponsor will update the voting page with a revised estimate. The email notification to the selected winner will be sent only after the finished prize is ready for prompt fulfillment.

The selected winner must reply to the winner-notification email within 7 calendar days to confirm eligibility and provide a valid shipping address; otherwise, Sponsor may draw another eligible entrant. The prize will be sent at no cost to the winner, with delivery to the recipient within 10 calendar days after winner notification. Sponsor may require reasonable proof of eligibility. No purchase is required to claim the prize.

7. Chances of winning

Only eligible entrants who voted for the winning rate, provided an email, and accepted these rules are included in the prize drawing. The chance of winning is 1 in the number of eligible entries for the winning rate, after any necessary eligibility review. One prize will be awarded.

8. Email use and privacy

Providing an email address is completely optional. If you do provide one, Sponsor will use it ONLY to notify you if you are selected as the winner. Your email will not be used to send marketing, promotions, newsletters, or non-winner messages, and it will not be added to a marketing list. Your vote still counts if you decline to provide an email, but you cannot win the buckle. Email addresses will be accessible only to those administering the drawing, stored in the voting database, and deleted after fulfillment and reasonable recordkeeping, subject to legal requirements. Aggregate vote counts, not email addresses or personal suggestions, are publicly displayed.

9. Design suggestions

Submit only original ideas that you have the right to provide. By submitting an idea, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review and incorporate the idea into new buckle designs and other commercial merchandise, without further notice or compensation. Sponsor is not required to use any submission and may create a design different from individual suggestions. Do not submit copyrighted graphics, third-party logos, or other protected materials unless you have permission.

10. Fair participation and administration

Sponsor may review submissions for spam, fraud, bot activity, duplicate entries, and abuse and may reject entries that violate these rules. Shopify storefront analytics or browser identifiers are not proof of unique identity. Sponsor may cancel or amend the promotion only if technical or other circumstances materially compromise fairness, subject to applicable law, and will post a notice with the applicable changes. Prize is nontransferable before fulfillment. By entering, you agree to these rules to the extent permitted by law.
